About the role
Manage the day-to-day business operations of a large, busy parts department (across three locations) to achieve key performance targets in sales and inventory, including gross and operating margins.
(This role is available due to an internal promotion and the incumbent will be available to provide guidance to the new manager)

You will be a proven leader and business manager with significant experience in motivating and getting the best out of your team.
Exposure to an automotive parts environment would be advantageous but is not essential. (This could be passenger cars, heavy commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, aftermarket parts.)
