About the Role
A full time role within the Business Development Centre, the Outbound Sales Call Specialist’s primary responsibility is to systematically contact (primarily by phone) existing 3 Point Motors sales and service clients, with the aim of securing repeat business.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Contacting existing sales customers to establish their intended vehicle replacement timeline
Secure appointments for sales consultants and follow these through to maximise appointments kept
Contact existing service customers to secure service appointments for vehicle owners with lapsed service schedule
Assist with datamining for End-of-Contract finance clients
Update customer contact data across multiple databases
The Ideal Candidate
We seek someone with superior people and communication skills, plus retail automotive sales experience.
This role is ideal for an experienced vehicle sales consultant, or possibly business finance consultant, looking for a Monday to Friday opportunity.
Required Attributes, Skills, and Experience
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:
Active listener
Superior people and communication skills (verbal, written and electronic)
Competent user of Microsoft Office (incl. Excel with high attention to detail)
Proficient in the use dealer lead management systems (ideally, UNITS ™, Salesforce™)
Superior Mercedes-Benz product knowledge preferred but applicants with exposure to other automotive brands should also apply
Familiar with Privacy Protection laws & individual/dealership requirements/responsibility (Enhanced Privacy Protection Act 2012).

Hours and Benefits
Hours - Monday to Friday- 8:30am-5:00pm
Location - Based at the Fairfield dealership
Salary - Base salary + commission offers OTE in excess of $80K
