About the Role


You will provide high-level administrative support to the Dealer Principal and assist the broader Executive Team as needed.


Duties and responsibilities include:


  • Management of email and other incoming correspondence

  • Diary and calendar management including meetings and travel arrangements

  • Supervision of reception team including hiring, training and scheduling

  • Assist with construction related projects including liaison with suppliers

  • Act as the primary contact point for business utilities and services providers

  • General administrative and organisational tasks as required

 

The Ideal Candidate


We seek an organised, reliable person with previous experience in a PA or busy office admin role.


Previous exposure to automotive dealership or distributor environments would be advantageous, but applicants from other sectors are welcome to apply.

 

Required Attributes, Skills, and Experience


We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

 

  • Attention to detail: strong focus on accuracy in all areas.

  • Flexible with a can-do attitude: Able to prioritise and adapt to dynamic work requirements.

  • Strong IT skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills: Able to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Tactful and diplomatic: Able to handle sensitive matters confidentially.

  • Reliable team player: Strong work ethic and good attendance record.

 

Hours and Benefits

 

  • Monday to Friday- 8:30am to 5:30pm (some flexibility is required for corporate events etc.)

  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience within the $70K-$80K pa + super range
